Making active a hospital sponsored by Japan Government

An International NGO (INGO) Basic Development Need moved Peshawar High Court through KLA Senior Partner Saifullah Muhib Kakakhel for making active a hospital sponsored by Japan Government, which includes expensive infrastructure and heavy medical diagnosis and treatment machinery, for free treatments of patients in Nowshera. However, the Government is neither operating it itself nor allowing the INGO to operate it.
